- Policy violations by the client.
- Other designers or companies are engaged for the same project.
- Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.

Fees and Restrictions:
- A 12% processing fee applies to all client-initiated refunds.
- Refunds do not apply to items offered for free.
Amazon-Specific Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:
- If the service provider fails to deliver after all pre-requisites were provided by the client on time.

Non-Eligible for Refund:
- If the client fails to provide essential business or personal information, store details, or required documents after the contract is signed and work begins.
- Account suspension due to the client’s bad history or actions on Amazon.

Processing Time:
- Refund requests, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
