Refund Policy Conditions

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Discounted packages.
    • Cancellation due to reasons unrelated to the company (e.g., personal reasons, change of mind, business closure).
    • Policy violations by the client.
    • Other designers or companies are engaged for the same project.
    • Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
  • Fees and Restrictions:

    • A 12% processing fee applies to all client-initiated refunds.
    • Refunds do not apply to items offered for free.

Amazon-Specific Refund Policy

  • Eligible for Refund:

    • If the service provider fails to deliver after all pre-requisites were provided by the client on time.
  • Non-Eligible for Refund:

    • If the client fails to provide essential business or personal information, store details, or required documents after the contract is signed and work begins.
    • Account suspension due to the client’s bad history or actions on Amazon.
  • Processing Time:

    • Refund requests, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
